I facilitate space for growth, reflection, and understanding, while helping people and teams build lasting, positive change in their personal lives and shared environments.
I seek to find creative holistic solutions for everyday problems while also helping to identify how existing systems affect well-being and support redesigning them to encourage awareness, connection, and sustainability.
